Dispatch, cancellation and returns
All our items are sent by either Royal Mail or (for heavier items) Hermes. For items sent by Hermes you will be given a consignment number to track your order. Generally, in-stock items are dispatched within 24 hours, Monday-Saturday.
If you would like to cancel your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. I will cancel your order if I can, but can't promise that this will always be possible, especially once it is packed for despatch.
If your goods are damaged or otherwise defective, I will arrange for either of the following, depending on your preference:
If you decide to return goods which are not faulty, please return them within 21 days. I will arrange for a full refund of the cost of the goods, providing the items are unused, unopened and in a saleable condition. However, I'm not able to refund the original cost of mailing the goods to you or of you returning them.
If you experience any problems with your order, please contact me at email@example.com as soon as possible so I can try to put things right.
When returning any items, please pack them in appropriate packaging such as a mailing bag or sturdy box. If possible, include your original shipping note or write me a note to let me know your name and contact details, including postcode.
Please indicate whether you would prefer a refund or replacement. In the case of non-faulty goods, if you would like an exchange, please let me know what you would like instead. If the new items are higher in value, I will contact you to take any additional payment.
